System
Surgeonline transmits invoices electronically via Medicare's ECLIPSE Online Claiming System, massively decreasing payment turn-around times. Patient data is verified in real-time and ECLIPSE electronic processing and payment reports are retrieved automatically. Surgeonline also provides comprehensive reports for operation history, outstanding invoices and logged payments. All data can be downloaded in spreadsheet form for analysis and archiving.

Control
Surgeonline members have complete control over their billing. By default we create Gap Scheme (a.k.a. "No Gap") invoices to charge the maximum amount payable without leaving your patients out of pocket. Should you wish to charge a patient gap you can customise your billing settings per-surgeon and per-fund. Surgeonline will then automatically create split bills or patient gap invoices according to each fund's rules.
